7-chloro-3-(1-methylethyl)-5-(methylthio)-1H-Pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidine - Introduction
3-Isopropyl-5-methylthio-7-chloro-1H-pyrazolo [4,3-d] pyrimidine (abbreviated ITP) is an organic compound with the following properties and uses:
Nature:
- ITP is a crystalline form with a white solid.
-it has a strong fluorescence properties, can be excited by ultraviolet light emitting blue fluorescence.
- ITP is stable under acidic conditions, but will decompose under alkaline or high temperature conditions.
-It is a compound with strong electrophilicity and can undergo electrophilic substitution reactions.
Use:
- ITP is commonly used as a fluorescent dye and is used in biological imaging and fluorescence analysis.
-Due to its electrophilic nature, ITP can also be used as a reagent in organic synthesis, for example as a chloro reagent, a thio reagent and an electrophilic substitution reagent.
- ITP can also be used as a raw material for the synthesis of organic optoelectronic materials, such as photoelectric converters and organic light-emitting diodes (OLED).
Preparation Method:
ITP is usually prepared by the following synthetic route:
1.5-methylthio -7-chloro -1H-pyrazolo [4,3-d] pyrimidine is reacted with an appropriate amount of base to generate 5-methylthio -7-chloro -1H-pyrazolothiol.
2. react 5-methylthio -7-chloro -1H-pyrazolothiol with iodopropanol to generate 3-isopropyl -5-methylthio -7-chloro -1H-pyrazolothiol.
3. Finally, 3-isopropyl-5-methylthio-7-chloro-1H-pyrazolothiol was reacted with chloroisopropyl to obtain the final product 3-isopropyl-5-methylthio-7-chloro-1H-pyrazolo [4,3-d] pyrimidine.
Safety Information:
The specific safety information of ITP needs to be determined according to the actual Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). During operation and storage, you should follow correct laboratory safety regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and ensure a well-ventilated working environment.
